Michael Younger founded Hereward Partners in 2024, bringing over two decades of experience in recruitment and executive search. Throughout his career, Michael has worked with leading global brands to identify top talent for their leadership teams.
His experience spans recognised global search firms, and industry-leading recruitment businesses, as well as in-house roles at firms like Lotus Cars, Saga, and PA Consulting. This diverse background enables Michael to deliver effective search campaigns while being sensitive to the internal processes and corporate dynamics organisations face when making key hires.
